In addition to the DKRZ, partners include both research-specific and generic data centers such as the CSC in Finland. The services offered are based on developments from the EU projects EUDAT and EUDAT2020. The DRKZ currently operates the generic metadata service B2FIND and is the lead developer of the service for persistent identifiers (PID).
