DKRZ User Group Committee

Since 2002, the interests of all users have been represented by the DKRZ User Group. User meetings are held twice a year, during which the current status of the infrastructure and services at the DKRZ is reported, and users have the opportunity to voice their problems and requests.

The DKRZ User Group Committee consists of one representative from each participating institution. It serves as the voice for the interests of all DKRZ users. Therefore, it welcomes expansion through the participation of representatives from other institutions that also access DKRZ resources. Those interested in joining the User Group should contact ZGtyei11Y29tLWNoYWlyQGRrcnouZGU=. The work of the User Group Committee is coordinated by its board. The board's term of office is three years.

The committee's aim is, on the one hand, to give greater weight to the wishes and demands of the users of the DKRZ and, on the other hand, to provide advice in advance of decisions that affect the working conditions of the users at the DKRZ.
