The inauguration of Levante begins at 10:30 a.m. with greetings and speeches. After a short break, two panel discussions will take place to highlight the importance of Hamburg within the German climate research community. Representatives from science and politics will discuss the challenges of climate research that takes into account both technical and social developments and is supported by the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, life sciences, medicine and technical subjects.
