DKRZ user support in times of covid-19

Dear users,

From March 16, 2020, due to the current Covid-19 disease, we may only offer limited user support.

Nevertheless, there may be a longer delay than usual. Personal contact should be avoided completely and therefore the DKRZ offices are closed for external persons.
