Analysis Monthly Daily Means Surface Data
Available Data at M&D
Please download the data from the CERA database (Experiment: ERA40_SFC00_MM).
Experienced users can go directly to the relevant experiment.
All data is stored as Gaussian N80 (160x320) grids in grib format.
For the following surface parameters full ERA40 analysis ("00 h forecast") data has been retrieved.
The data is structured as one value a month which is the average of the about 120 parameter values at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC each day respectively.
