Linux Cluster "tornado"

"tornado" is a Linux computer cluster which is jointly operated by DKRZ and the Max-Planck-Institute for Meteorology.

It is used for model development and test runs, while "blizzard" is used for the more demanding calculations and production runs for the research projects.
